Learn how to prepare your fresh pasta

Flat Pasta

  1. Bring a large pot of water to a rolling boil
  2. Season water with salt – generous pinch
  3. Gently drop pasta in small portions and stir
  4. Boil for 90 seconds or less for al dente
  5. Watch pot closely as fresh pasta cooks quickly
  6. Drain pasta
  7. Place a ladle full of sauce in pot
  8. Add cooked pasta to pot and stir gently to coat
  9. Serve pasta in bowls and place additional sauce to taste
  10. Add grated parmesan to taste and Enjoy!

Ravioli

  1. Bring a large pot of water to a rolling boil
  2. Season water with salt – generous pinch
  3. Gently drop ravioli quickly in water and stir
  4. Boil for 2 1/2 to 3 minutes
  5. Wait for ravioli to rise to surface
  6. Remove with slotted spoon or “spider”
  7. Do not drain in colander as this might break the pasta
  8. Serve pasta in bowls, add sauce to taste
  9. Add grated parmesan to taste and Enjoy!
